Note: We are only 1 ride away from Sm Clark and Main gate travel time is about 10 minutes. From Sm Clark or Main gate you can easily get a jeepney in the terminal going to clark free port zone. Everyone going inside clark free port zone needs to ride from the terminal.
Bed space for rent near SM CLARK and Main gate the dorm is newly built bed and mattress including a small cabinet is provided. Were only accepting Females as tenants the rent is 1,500 per bed (4 people per room in total) water and electric is
included in the rent.
As for appliances borders are only allowed to bring 1 electric fan & electric kettle nothing else. We don't have any cooking facilities there is 1 toilet per floor and we also have 1 extra toilet down stairs.
Roof covered laundry area with deep well is provided for your laundry needs.
We also have a sink downstairs were you can wash your plates and utensils.
We Clean and maintain the comfort rooms every week while We do a general cleaning of the bed rooms once a month so the dorm is very clean and organize.
Our dorm is located in a very good area a lot of foreigners lives in the neighborhood.
So if you want a safe and quiet place to call home our dorm is perfect.
All rooms have 1 wall fan and emergency lights installed as well.
One of our main rules is NO VISITORS and NOISE DISTURBANCE IS ALLOWED in the dorms.
Please check the pictures for your guidance. The pictures are a good guide but visiting our dorm is much better as it will give you a better feel of the area and how nice and peaceful the dorm is.

The property is Located in Clark view we are near Savannah hotel and VFW Restaurant. We require a 1 month deposit and 1 month advance so a total of 3,000 must be given upon moving in. The deposit is refundable upon moving out as long as wala kayong masisirang gamit sa dorm.
